As the world turns…

July is BIPOC Mental Health Month. This month the Dundy Sisters will be donating their proceeds to Mental Health America, an organization making special efforts in this regard (https://mhanational.org/BIPOC-mental-health-month), and with a consistently multi-pronged approach to making the nation a better place for all those with mental illness. Some of their efforts aim to influence public policy, eliminate stigma (their motto is “fight in the open”), and work for early intervention in mental health rather than crisis driven care (they call this “B4Stage4” by analogy to Stage 4 metastatic cancer).
